These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between ji888 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who registers for, accesses, or uses the ji888 platform available at ji888.im and any associated mobile or web applications.

ji888 is operated by an internationally licensed gaming company holding a valid gaming licence issued under international regulatory frameworks. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. To register and use ji888, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be a natural person — corporate entities and automated systems may not register as players.

• You must not have previously been self-excluded from ji888 or had an account closed for violation of these Terms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction of residence.

ji888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility — including government-issued identity documents, proof of address, or proof of age — at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide such documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Each eligible individual may hold one (1) ji888 account only. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and any balances forfeited.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update your account details promptly if any information changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ji888 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. ji888 will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use for other services.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings — this is strongly recommended.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.

ji888 reserves the right to verify the identity of any account holder at any time as part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) obligations under our international gaming licence. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended pending document submission.

All deposits and withdrawals on ji888 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ji888 supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Pakistani market, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Raast, 1LINK, USDT TRC20, and Cash OTC. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Any active bonus funds that have not yet met their wagering requirements will not be included in withdrawal amounts.

ji888 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a bonus-specific term and these general Terms, the bonus-specific term will prevail for that promotion only.

General bonus conditions applicable to all ji888 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering multiplier is stated in each offer.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, certain slots, and sports bets may carry different contribution percentages. Check each promotion for the applicable game contributions list.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated winnings that are not wagered within the defined period will be removed from your account automatically.

ji888 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or expire any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotional offers are personal to the account holder and are not transferable.

All bets placed on ji888 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. ji888 publishes sport-specific and game-specific rules within the platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

• Bets are final once confirmed. ji888 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except where expressly permitted by applicable game or sport rules.
• In the event of a palpable error in odds, ji888 reserves the right to void any bets placed at erroneous odds and return stakes to the player's account.
• For cricket and PSL matches, ji888 follows standard Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method conventions for weather-affected matches. Specific settlement rules for individual markets are published in the Cricket Betting Rules section of the platform.
• Maximum stake and maximum win limits apply across all betting markets. These limits are set per event and per market and may be adjusted at ji888's discretion without prior notice.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event. Bets placed prior to suspension will stand unless voided under applicable rules.

All game outcomes — including slots, live casino, and virtual sports — are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems. ji888's RNG infrastructure is independently audited for fairness and compliance with internationally recognised standards. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect long-term statistical expectations and are not guarantees of individual session outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ji888 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ji888 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or publicly display any ji888 content without prior written consent.
• Use ji888's trademarks or brand assets in any context outside the platform.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any ji888 software.
• Create derivative works based on ji888 content or game mechanics.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ji888 and its officers, directors, employees, licensors, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the ji888 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to gaming activity — gambling inherently involves financial risk, and losses incurred through wagering are not recoverable.
• Service interruptions, technical faults, or maintenance downtime affecting platform availability.
• Unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Inaccuracies in odds or game information resulting from third-party data feed errors, where ji888 has voided the relevant bets and returned stakes.
• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or circumstances beyond ji888's reasonable control.

ji888's aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player to their ji888 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the relevant claim.

You may close your ji888 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification.

ji888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete required KYC or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• At the request of regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.
• Extended account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to the dormant account policy.

Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, ji888 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal conduct is confirmed, balances may be forfeited and reported to relevant authorities.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ji888 holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ji888 platform, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally in the first instance by contacting ji888 support.

If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days of the dispute being raised, either party may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution mechanism prescribed by ji888's regulatory licence authority. Ji888 will cooperate fully with any regulatory-led dispute resolution process and will abide by any binding determination issued by the relevant authority.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction of residence.

ji888 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ji888 will notify active players via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the ji888 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.
